Shipping Process
Once your order is completed and verified, it will be processed. The order processing time varies for each order but is processed within 1 – 2 business days and is dispatched as soon as possible.
Once your order is dispatched and with the courier, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping time takes up to 1 – 3 business days depending on the area of Trinidad.
A confirmation signature is required by the courier company upon delivery.
Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and on Public Holidays. Shipping may also take longer during sale periods, holidays and extreme weather.
Standard Shipping Rate
Caramel Glow TT currently offers Standard Shipping within Trinidad for TTD 40.00.
Potential Lost Parcel
Below conditions are required in claiming a full product value refund or replacement if you suspect your parcel(s) is/are lost:
1) You open the claim with us by submitting an email within 14* business days after the shipping confirmation email is sent to you.
2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from the courier or any other relevant parties.
*We may not be able to open investigation cases with the courier for cases reported to us after 14 calendar days of the tracking provided.
Damaged Goods
Below conditions are required in claiming a full refund or replacement for damaged goods:
1) You open the claim with us by submitting an email within 48 hours of receipt*, plus providing us with the order number, item name and all photos of the package, including courier bag and product photos.
2) Satisfactory investigation proof or courier confirmation of physical loss or damage of the goods obtained from the courier.
*The receiving date is the date that parcel status is shown as ‘delivered’. After 48 hours of receipt, we will deem you to have received the parcel in good condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.
Missing/Incorrect items
Below conditions are required in claiming missing or incorrect items received:
You open the claim with us by submitting an email within 48 hours of receipt*, including the following details. – order number and name of the concerned items – photos of the package, including courier bag and photos of all items received showing the product name. Please do not throw away or dispose of any of the items or the package before your claim is acknowledged by us.
*The receiving date is the date that parcel status is shown as ‘delivered’ by the courier. After 48 hours of receipt, we will deem you to have received the order correctly and in good condition and therefore we regret that all claims will not be proceeded thereof.
